On March 9, 2019, Hun Sen, the Prime Minister of Cambodia, sent a message on his facebook page that, as the Prime Minister, he had to track and understand the people's health everywhere to find out. From direct personal care, especially to ensure that citizens receive genuine social services from the government.
He added that on March 10, he will visit orphans at AFESIP in Prey Sar, Phnom Penh.
