The Japanese government has provided a total of US $ 400,384 in grants to World Vision Japan under the Grant Assistance for Japanese NGO Projects.
In this project, the organization will provide 1 training for health workers and volunteers; and 2 providing maternal health education.
This project aims to improve quality and access to better health services and reduce malnutrition and malnutrition in children.
At the same time, it also includes the construction of water supply and sanitation facilities at 7 HCM City Operations Centers to improve the health environment.
The Grant Assistance for Japanese NGO Initiative commenced in Cambodia in 2002 to support the activities of Japanese NGOs in their efforts to support Cambodia's development and reconstruction at the grassroots level. Since 2002, the Government of Japan has provided over US $ 35 million to 115 projects focusing on basic education, health, agriculture and mine clearance in Cambodia.
