According to the report of the Electricity Authority of Cambodia, the main sources of electricity supplied by Cambodia in the country came from three countries: Vietnam's largest import volume to 277 megawatts. Thailand in the import volume of 135 megawatts, and Laos with import volume of about 30 megawatts.
By 2018, Cambodia produces about 2,207 megawatts of electricity, equivalent to over 86 percent of the total demand.
