In the meeting with Cambodian Cyclo drivers on March 8, 2019 Mr. Hun Sen has said that no one has a vulnerable and fragile situation than a Cyclo worker. But over a year later, a Cyclo worker in Phnom Penh received part of his insurance.
The Foundation funds each member 7,000 Riels, but at the end of the day, the fund also donates more than 1 million Riels to each member.
He also confirmed that at least he will continue to support the fund for another 10 years.
